Pre-Approval

You would think looking at houses would be your first step. Well, it really isn’t. It is very important to first speak with a lender. You and a lender will talk about your budget, your bills, how long you have been on the job, have you paid income taxes before. The lender will need a copy of your w-2’s or 1099, pay check stubs, bank statements, and tax returns. The lender will also look at your credit and between your credit score and all your other documents to find out what payment would fit you and the price point of home to shop for.
